Our client needed interim sales leadership to unify and direct sales specialist and business development teams, advise on the future Target Operating Model (TOM), and support the accelerated onboarding of a new sales leader.

We conducted a thorough evaluation of skills, competencies, and organisational structure, provided managerial support, and established a structured cadence to instil confidence in the teams. We also provided strategic advice on the future TOM.

By adopting a consistent sales process and cadence we were able to unify and stabilise the sales teams and we worked with the new sales leader to implement the new TOM.
