Meet the team
The firm is led by Adam and Sarah, both of whom bring over 30 years of experience in their respective fields. Adam’s background in sales and sector leadership includes roles at Capita, CGI, and 2e2, and consulting roles at BT, NTT DATA, and Thoughtworks, as well as extensive experience working with HealthTech and MedTech start-ups and scale-ups. Adam is also a co-founder of The Future Health, a community of healthcare technology enthusiasts. Sarah has a wealth of experience in marketing and communications, having worked for BT, Orange, and Redstone. Together, their leadership ensures that Kamruddin Consulting delivers high-impact, customised solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. Amir is a business management student and project analyst supporting the firm with client research and data analysis.
